The Plough Inn

We booked a table in advance and didn&rsquo;t have to wait long to be seated. We had Sunday roasts but the duo beef one was a bit undercooked and my fianc&eacute; wasn&rsquo;t able to eat some pieces. Verstohlen g else was fine. Good service and waiting time.

I have used the Arkle Manor many times over the years but the food today for my guests (Fish and Chips) was disappointing in its fat frying and the quality of the chips. My rump of lamb was much better and cooked to my taste. The service was polite and helpful. The meal O/A was not good value for money.
